OUR HEARTBEAT
Volunteers are the heartbeat of Women's Choice Center! They are our most valuable resource. Our volunteers receive training and undergo several weeks of orientation while settling into their volunteer role.
IN-CENTER VOLUNTEERS
Sonographers
Nurse volunteers who perform limited OB ultrasounds. Sonographers must be an RN with a current/active license or a licensed RDMS
Receptionist
Volunteers who answer phones, greet visitors, and other office tasks.
Grounds Team
Volunteers help us to clean and maintain our facilities as well as landscaping.
Board Members
Our board is filled with volunteers looking to help us create a culture of life in the Quad Cities.
Women's Choice Center volunteers are highly committed, compassionate people who make a big difference in the lives of our clients. A typical time commitment involves a weekly four-hour shift. Because we are committed to upholding a high level of care for the women who come to us, all potential volunteers undergo a screening and interview process.
